by DR. ROHIT BAHUGUNA, a Physiotherapist, MPT, BPT, BPEd and S&C Specialist. He has more than 12 years of experience working as a fitness faculty and has trained more than 3000 Fitness and Sports professional in various fitness organization in India. His goal is to educate people about health and fitness and bring industries best practices to India.
